If you aren't booking straight away for Dual Controls after getting quote, please message us, to check stock before booking.

Please send us a message once booked (just makes it easier to check who’s booked) don't reply to the SumUp booking SMS messages as we don't receive these, use our normally number (079326223943) or email.

If you were given both options of New or Refurbished Dual Controls let us know which option you'd like.

If ordering New Dual Controls, that are in stock at He-Man, please allow 3 full clear working days for Delivery, before time of booking. 

If you’re planning to drop your car off / Pick up outside of the 2-hour booking slot, please check with us first as we are normally only at our workshop when we have cars to work on.

If it showing no appointments available, check you haven't put two, 2 hours appointments in your basket

Removal and trade in / Swapping from 1 car to another, if you can bring both cars at the same time just book one appointment, by selecting W1,  if you need two separate appointments, use W2 for removal and W1 for fitting. but book each separately (not at same time in same basket as it will add the times together and try to book one 4 hour appointment)
